Returns

Do we offer Returns and Refunds?

We have a 30 Day Return Policy and the product must be unused and in its original packaging with product receipt to be eligible for a return and a Refund. 

Note: We are an Authorised Retailer, Processing times for the returns are different depending on the Brand associated with the product.

What do we do if our Products are damaged?

If a product was received damaged it must be reported with in 72 HOURS to be eligible for a return or refund on the product. To report a damaged or defective product, you must send us an inquiry on our contact us page or give us a call in order to fix the defective or damaged product.

Note: If not reported within the 72 Hours, we WILL NOT be able to Return/Replace, OR issue a Refund for the damaged product.

Shipping

How Long does Shipping usually take?

Our Shipping Turn around times are from 1-7 days. Shipping varies due to the fact that most of these products are heavy and require to be shipped through Freight and we want to make sure all products arrive to the customer in perfect condition! 

Do we ship Internationally?

Currently we are not offering international Shipping we are currently working to enable international orders at the moment.

Authorised Dealer is just another way of saying Authorised Retailer for the listed Brands we have in stock. Aside from being an authorised retailer for these brands we also provide customer service for all the products listed on our store.
