All Infernus products only, are protected by transit insurance through our couriers. Upon delivery, please inspect your items thoroughly. If you detect any damage, kindly refuse the delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement. Accepting the goods signifies acceptance of their condition and voids the transit damage insurance coverage. Consequently, once the delivery document is signed, we cannot assume responsibility for any transport damages, nor can we offer exchanges or refunds.
Please REFRAIN from any fitters or installers for the ordered equipment until you have received and inspected the goods personally. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to arrangements made prior to delivery.
In compliance with UK law, all commercial gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Gas Safe Registered engineer. Failure to adhere to this requirement will invalidate the product's warranty.
Unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase, all goods come with a 12-month return-to-base parts-only warranty, covering manufacturing defects exclusively. We are not obligated to cover return postage, labour, or engineer costs incurred during the warranty period.
If an item is non-functional upon delivery, you must report this in writing within 48 hours, providing supporting evidence such as an initial installation report from a qualified engineer, photos, or videos. We will then either exchange the item or refund the purchase price. It is the customer's responsibility to report such issues within this timeframe.
Regular cleaning and servicing of all products are essential, along with thorough checks before each use. Neglecting these practices may affect the warranty agreement with the BBQ Vault

Delivery Issues:
Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To qualify for an exchange or refund, submit a written claim with evidence, such as a qualified engineer’s installation report, photos, or video proof. Commercial products not installed by a certified professional will void the warranty.
