When will my order arrive?
Order processing times for most items in stock generally range from 1 to 3 business days; for items that are made to order, processing may take longer. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
When your order status shows as "fulfilled," it indicates that your parcel has been handed over to the courier and is en route to you for final delivery.
Delivery Method:
We utilise the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery methods available. After processing your payment, we aim to dispatch your items within the timeframe specified on the product page. Once your items have left our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch notification. The selection of the delivery method and courier is chosen by us to ensure optimal service; and customers cannot choose a specific courier or delivery method.
Where does the BBQ Vault deliver?
We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom)
There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.
Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
Yes. Most orders require a signature on delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home when our couriers attempt delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for any additional fees associated with re-delivering your order. We may also charge extra fees to cover costs associated with the return and storage of the order until re-delivery is arranged.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you suspect any damage please contact us immediately. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to notify us of any damage.
